Account Coordinator, CHSAA

Description:

Teall Properties Group, TPG, believes in the high school experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief. TPG is currently looking for an experienced revenue-generating and innovative individual to join the existing staff, and assist with the generation and management of sponsorship sales around the Colorado High School Activities Association, CHSAA.

The Account Coordinator role will assist with the corporate sponsorship sales and fulfillment efforts around events organized by the CHSAA, maintaining and enhancing relationships with both the CHSAA staff, its member schools and its corporate partners in creating new opportunities for brands in the region to connect with the high school sports community.

This individual will also have sales and fulfillment responsibilities associated with TPG’s CHSAA state association agreement, including driving additional revenue and managing activation at certain state championship events.

Responsibilities:

  • Actively research and prospect new sales leads through cold calling, networking and current relationships
  • Build relationships with prospective clients while servicing current accounts to provide repeat business
  • Proactively create opportunities for new business with existing customers
  • Work within the TPG’s CRM system and maintain records of all accounts and prospects.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and help the team achieve its overall yearly sales goals
  • Develop and present customized sponsorship advertising proposals that may include signage, radio, print, promotions and fan engagement strategies.
  • Managing inventory, including: Coordinating with sales executives on inventory availability; Supporting client presentation materials.; Manage towards seasonal and creative deadlines
  • Utilize client objectives and goals to develop and research promotional platforms and partnership strategies
  • Participate in game day events to share and highlight the high school sports experience with existing and potential sponsors
  • Conduct yourself in way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
  • Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends

General Manager, MPSSAA

Description:

Teall Properties Group (TPG) believes in the high school experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. TPG is currently looking for an experienced revenue-generating and innovative individual to oversee and manage the Maryland Public Secondary Schools Athletic Association (MPSSAA) corporate sponsorship sales business.

The General Manager will lead corporate sponsorship sales and fulfillment efforts around events organized by the MPSSAA, maintaining and enhancing relationships with both the MPSSAA staff and their corporate partners and creating new opportunities for brands in the region to connect with the high school sports community.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow sales by having an effective pipeline and property management plan
  • Build creative marketing solutions for potential sponsors that add value and exceed the needs of all parties using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client’s objectives
  • Negotiate, structure and close sponsorship contracts delivering against MPSSAA and company goals
  • Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators in the changing market landscape of high school sponsorship sales to create a unique product mix for clients
  • Collaborate with corporate sponsors, partnership staff, and appropriate MPSSAA personnel to ensure implementation of corporate sponsorships and contract fulfillment

Requirements:
  • Experienced, high-level sales leader with a strong track record of revenue growth at comparable sized partnerships

  • Ability to analyze a client’s traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on the customer’s marketing targets and objectives, and craft an integrated marketing solution(s) to meet those needs
  • Advanced negotiating skills, ability to identify and influence key decision-makers
  • Familiarity with the local and regional market landscape in and around Maryland
  • Experience in developing, promoting, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate sponsors
  • Effective communication, organizational, presentation, and listening skills

School Partnership Coordinator

Description:

Teall Properties Group (TPG), the national leader in sponsorship solutions for high school athletics, is expanding its work connecting brands with local school communities and districts across the country. As our school partnerships initiatives continue to grow, we are seeking a highly communicative, proactive, and organized individual who is passionate about supporting the K–12 education space to join our team and help execute impactful school-based programs and partnerships.

 

Basic Function:

Support the execution and growth of school-based partnerships by leading communication with schools, coordinating partnership logistics and activations, and supporting operational workflows that ensure successful program delivery. This role requires an exceptional communicator who is highly organized and self-motivated, that can balance school outreach, project coordination, and data organization in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead school outreach efforts to support partnership activations and programs, including cold email communication, phone outreach, and follow-up, and relationship-building with school stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and support partnership execution, ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with client and school expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between schools, internal teams, vendors, and partners to facilitate communication and successful execution.
  • Support operational workflows including school data organization, reporting, research, and program tracking.
  • Assist with event and activation logistics, including timelines, fulfillment coordination, shipping, and proof-of-performance collection.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in partnerships, customer success, communications, operations, project coordination, education, or related fields.
