The Teall Properties Group (TPG) division of Teall Capital Partners was created in 2018 to serve as the arm for the high school market. TPG believes in the high school student-athlete experience and how it positively shapes our next generation. It is our mission to support this cause by connecting its community to organizations and brands that share in this belief. TPG is currently seeking a Creative Services Manager to support and execute TPGs creative development process, graphic design initiatives, social media execution and marketing campaigns.
TPG’s Creative Services Manager will be part of the Operations and Marketing team overseen by the Chief of Staff. He/She will oversee the entire creative development process and bring strategic ideas to life through creative ideation and flawless execution. This individual will work with all departments at TPG and will manage the graphic design needs and facilitate marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Lead TPG’s creative team to produce content consistent with brand standards and stakeholder expectations including but not limited to establishing and implementing design standards and processes to produce consistent and high-quality results.
Work cross-functionally with local and national sales team as a creative design expert to ensure high quality and consistency
Lead the design efforts for a broad range of marketing projects across all divisions including: sales collateral, educational material, branding and advertising material, internal and external communications, email templates, print and online ads, websites and landing pages, social media, video content, event design and production, sales presentation development, and graphic development.
Create visual storytelling through animated graphics and video content including interviews, employee and customer stories, and various presentation and social needs
Lead National Sales project kickoffs along with the National Partnership Services Asst. Manager to foster collaboration, divvy up work, discuss status, prioritize action items.
Make timely and informed decisions to keep projects on track within specifications, maintaining strategic thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner
Facilitate scaling the TPG brand and company awareness through various social media channels
Collaborate with the Partnership Services and sales departments in developing marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities
Liaison to PR and Communications department within Teall Sports and Entertainment
Other duties as assigned
Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends
Requirements:
Self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment; willing to roll up his/her sleeves to get the job done
Demonstrated ability to identify and manage competing priorities; effectively manages one’s time and resources to ensure multiple priorities are balanced and completed with high-quality, timely execution
Excellent verbal, written communication skills with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Dreamweaver, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree
One (1) year of related experience preferred

TPG is currently looking for an experienced revenue-generating and innovative individual to oversee and manage the DCSAA and VISAA sponsorship sales business.
The General Manager will lead corporate sponsorship sales and fulfillment efforts around events organized by DCSAA and VISAA, maintaining and enhancing relationships with both the DCSAA and VISAA staffs and their corporate partners and creating new opportunities for brands in the region to connect with the high school sports and extracurricular activities community.
Responsibilities:
Develop and grow sales for new and existing accounts having an effective pipeline and property management plan
Build creative marketing solutions for potential partners that add value and exceed the needs of all parties using traditional, digital and other non-traditional marketing channels to meet client’s objectives
Negotiate, structure and close partnership contracts delivering against company goals
Develop a strong understanding of key differentiators in the changing market landscape of high school sponsorship sales to create a unique product mix for clients
Collaborate with vendors, sponsors, partnership staff, and appropriate DCSAA and VISAA personnel to ensure implementation of sponsorships and contract fulfillment
Participate in game day events to share and highlight the high school sports and extracurricular activities experience with existing and potential sponsors
Conduct yourself in way that demonstrates a strong commitment to team collaboration and success
Maintain flexible work hours including events that may occur on weeknights or weekends

Passion for high school athletics and extracurricular activities
Ability to analyze a client’s traditional, digital and non-traditional marketing needs based on the customer’s marketing targets and objectives, and craft an integrated marketing solution(s) to meet those needs
Advanced negotiating skills, ability to identify and influence key decision-makers
Familiarity with local and regional market landscape
Experience in developing, promoting, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate sponsors
Effective communication, organizational, presentation, and listening skills
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans in order to meet both short- and long-term business objectives
Minimum five (5) years of applicable experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
